Ms. Izaguirre was attacked on the freeway

Ms. Izaguirre was attacked on the freeway.  An angry truck driver rolled down his window and threw a can of paint on her car, making her fear for her life.  Six months later, this not very big woman got back on the freeway and the same man passed her on the freeway.  She followed him home, got his address and license number.  The police refused to do anything.  No one was interested in the case.  The assaulter denied being in his truck.  He had no insurance.  We took the case pro-bono.  Sued for repairs and for mental anguish and punitive damages.  Got a judgment and then went to his house with the constable, seized property and collected the judgment for Ms. Izaguirre.
